Terms of Service

VoucherSwap (voucherswap.eu) is operated by Kokai BV, registered in the Netherlands (KVK 96689153), with its registered office at Alexanderveld 5, 2585 DB The Hague, Netherlands. By using VoucherSwap you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

VoucherSwap is a community platform where users share discount voucher codes. We do not create or guarantee any vouchers — all content is user-submitted. Vouchers may be expired, already used, or inaccurate.

2. Your Account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
One account per person. We may suspend duplicate or abusive accounts.

3. Content Rules

When posting vouchers or comments you agree not to:

Post fake, invented, or fraudulent voucher codes.
Post vouchers that violate a retailer's terms or that you don't have the right to share.
Post spam, advertising, or unrelated content.
Harass other users or post offensive content.

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend any account that violates these rules.

4. Alert Subscriptions

Alert subscriptions are billed at €1/month via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your Dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant VoucherSwap a licence to display and distribute that content on the platform.

6. Disclaimer

VoucherSwap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss arising from the use of voucher codes shared on the platform, including expired or invalid codes.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Hague, Netherlands.
